Dr. Robbins is originally from Tallahassee, Florida. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and food sciences, followed by her medical degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Following her education, she moved to Denver to complete a family medicine residency at Saint Joseph Hospital. Dr. Robbins always loved learning about science in school and wanted to have a career where she could directly help people.
“I believe the health of the physician-patient relationship affects the health of the patient. Active listening, trust-building and partnership with my patient helps nurture our relationship. My job as a physician is to try to understand my patient as a whole so that I can offer individualized education, guidance and evidence-based advice that allows my patient to make important decisions about their health.”
As a family physician, Dr. Robbins enjoys taking care of every age and stage. She is passionate about women’s health and preventative medicine.
When she is not at work, Dr. Robbins enjoys skiing, hiking, and exploring Denver with her husband, friends and two dogs.

Horrible experience. I’ve been to two separate SCL health locations and I’m drawing the conclusion that their staff simply doesn’t care about patients. Both locations had rude office staff, Dr.Robbins physicians assistant has the bedside manner of a mortician, and could care less about anything said in the appointment. It was very obvious she did not want to be there. Spoke with the office manager about my concerns and he put on a good show and made it seem like he cared about how his staff was treating patients, said he would follow up in the next couple days and it’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard from him. Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with these people and go somewhere else.

She is intelligent, kind, informative, concerned - exactly what a primary care doctor should be. Dr. Robbins is a breath of fresh air. She has great interpersonal skills that put me at ease right away (after an egregious amount of time of avoiding checkups!). She showed patience, care, and appropriate concern. The visit went without a hitch. Having been searching for a new primary care doctor after a recent move, I feel I have found someone who will care for my health long term.
