Sarah's training & experience is perfect for supporting clients with eating disorders, families, teen & recreational athletes, and women who are planning on becoming pregnant, pregnant or postpartum. Her approach is always based in Health at Every Size principles. Sarah takes her time building the client-practitioner relationship to provide the best possible outcomes.
Sarah received her nutrition education from Simmons College in Boston and completed her dietetic internship through the University of Delaware. She lives in Florida with her husband and 3 young children. She loves spending time outside in the Florida sunshine, going to the same gym she's belonged to for over ten years, and watching her children discover the world!
