Do you spend a lot of time worrying, feeling guilty, or feeling helpless? Or do you feel you get "stuck" when trying to accomplish your goals? These are very common feelings shared by people who have busy lives and feel overwhelmed by responsibilities. I would like to help you learn more effective ways to cope with these feelings so that you feel more effective and more relaxed.
Individuals have unique needs and feelings. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and I aim to tailor my techniques so that they are most helpful to YOU. We can work together to identify your unique vision of satisfaction, focusing on eliminating obstacles that get in your way.
I am currently offering a sliding-scale rate to patients for whom my full fee is prohibitive.
**PLEASE NOTE: I am unable to see patients who have any form of Medicaid insurance. Per NY state law, providers are unable to charge any fee to patients who have Medicaid coverage.
