She’s a wonderful Psychotherapist and has helped me with techniques to reduce my stress and anxiety! It usually takes a couple of months before I feel completely comfortable enough to open up to a Therapist, letting them know about everything I may have been feeling or dealing with.. but with her, she really empathized with me and helped to make me feel more confident in divulging to her everything that I had been going through these last couple of months. I highly recommend her!!
