I never received the link to meet with Mary. I called Zocdoc to explain that I inadvertently booked two appts. on Sat., Sept. 7, 2024. 3:45 and 5:15. I got a little tangled during booking - not sure what to do. when I realized it. I hope the capability to correct a mistaken double appt., error within the site will be added Soon...

This was my first ever psych related appointment so I personally had nothing to compare it to. However I must say Mary Zelio made the experience welcoming and I feel as though she really was listening to actually hear me. She expertly blended allowing me to express myself with her more clinical questions to come to a conclusion on my care. I feel confident entrusting Mary with my psych needs.

I was confused because the provider wasn't the one I thought I made an appointment with, but someone else in the practice. either way the nurse practitioner was alright. i had trouble filling out the forms for whatever reason. I would fill them out and then be told they weren't received 2 times. 3rd time worked.

I saw Mary at KNK Mental health and she was very compassionate, took time to listen to my concerns and did not just rush me to taking medications. She advised me to do more testing which I did and we later started on the right medication. I feel very comfortable and confident in what they do at KNK Mental health. Will definitely recommend this practice and especially Mary for any mental health needs.
