Filled out paperwork in office-----why ask me to fill online if it not going to be printed and be put on chart?
When I got into room got asked same questions again!
Not real efficient--doesn't seem to be any interdepartmental communication! Received a call from front office telling me they had to have my referral in hand before they could confirm my online scheduling. Called my PCP but office was closed, called back to let them know they could go to ins website and download referral but was told someone else took fax from machine that they had it all the time! Again, no communication!!!!

After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Florida, Dr. Appell continued his education at The University of Florida Medical School where he ranked in the top percentile of his class. Dr. Appell then attended The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine where he completed his General Surgery Internship, Orthopaedic Surgery Residency, and Microvascular Surgery Residency.
