Dr. Scott Brown graduated from NYCOM in 1995. He completed a family practice residency at Long Beach Medical Center in 1998. During his residency he received such honors as intern of the year and was named chief resident in his final year. Dr. Brown accepted a position to work as an emergency medical doctor in the ER department of Long Beach Medical Center upon the completion of his residency.
In November 1998, Dr. Brown returned to primary care and started a family practice office in Hempstead while continuing his emergency room work.
In April of 2001, Dr. Brown along with his partner, Dr. Leventhal, opened their second family practice office in Bellmore. Dr. Brown offers an extensive background and expertise in the field of addiction medicine. Dr. Brown continues to strive for excellence in family practice medicine focusing on primary prevention.

Overall very happy. The waiting room is nice but some of the exam rooms look a little tired or worn. Not unclean, just could use a refresh. Dr. Brown and his staff were wonderful. I am looking forward to going back.

Dr. Scott Brown was friendly and knowledge. Answered all my questions in a simple yet knowledgeable way. Definitely recommend it! Except the wait time was 52 mins which sucked and they made me fill out form again even though i had done them on ZocDoc. This should definitely be fixed between ZocDoc and the doctors.
