They should also provide preventative care and manage chronic health conditions. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I am married and a mom of two beautiful girls. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, go to the park, go out for lunch, and take walks on the beach.

The office did not contact me before the appointment. I thought my sessIon would be in zocdoc, so i was downloading the app when my appointment started. The doctor did not wait for 10min which is the wait time and i was there in 9min. She did not see me. Do not charge my insurance on this session.

The provider was fine, but to be honest, the pricing was very very high for the service I received, which was a routine telehealth visit to get a very common prescription. I have no issues with the appointment itself, but I was shocked by the out of pocket and it's hard for me to afford. I will not return to this provider for a simple Rx in the future and will be more careful to research the out of pocket in advance. I realized after the fact that I could have gotten the same prescription from other providers for a lot less, so learn from my mistake. As far as the healthcare itself, it was fine, but my needs were really really simple so I'll go with a cheaper option in the future.
