Old outdated office. The woman who checked me in was friendly as well as the one who took my vitals before seeing the doctor. Doctor was very matter of fact and made me feel like he was annoyed that I was in there. He recommended over the counter solutions, so basically a waste of my time.

The doctor was fine but it was TWO HOURS before being seen for an 1120 appointment. When the first appointment is at 9am how are you THAT FAR BEHIND BEFORE LUNCH? The wait time alone put me in a bad mood. I had things to do that day.

We were not happy with having to fill out the paperwork at the time even though we already filled out the paperwork online. I think that the patients fill out the paperwork online or in the office only.

I felt like he was rushing me out of his office as soon as he walked into the exam room. Based on the plentiful amount of literature throughout the office, it is clear that Dr. Busch prefers his facial fillers practice to his ENT practice. That's fine, but he should really stop seeing his ENT patients.
He found a diagnosis for my ear issue, but didn't even want a follow up. I was left angry, annoyed, and without any relief of my medical problem. I will NEVER go to Dr. Busch again. So disappointing!

I absolutely LOVED this doctor. I went to him for ringing in my ears. He was very kind, funny, and made me feel comfortable. He talked to me on a personal level, and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend him. I will definitely be returning if I have issues in the future with my ears.

Waiting an hour to see a doctor is very difficult when you have left your job to go to the appointment. The intake desk person gave me some attitude when I asked if she was going to call me up after I sat in the waiting room for twenty minutes. The Dr.'s visit was fine. Dr. Busch is a really good doctor, but if you want warm and cuddly, he is not your guy.
