I shouldn't comment on beside manner because I haven't had any treatment yet. However I was very pleased with my visit and totally put at ease by Dr. Ellis. My husband had him for his knee surgery and wanted me to see him as well. While I don't look forward to what's coming next....I'm not concerned about it now that Dr Ellis is taking care of me! (Can't submit without everything being filled so I know he will be great after a surgery...just because of the warm personality I saw yesterday).

We know we will have an extended wait time when we go to see him but we also know he will spend as much time with us as we need him to. He NEVER rushes us out.

Dr. Ellis was reat. Ihad my X-Rays from the VA. He looked at them and the looked at my Shoulder. I am know scheduled for surgery in five days. I have had this problem for 19 months and the VA could never get me into surgery. I am thrilled.
