I appreciated the full and thorough exam both Dr. Grealish and his assistant provided. Looking through the website, however, I did not realize that he is a LASIK specialist. I would have chosen another doctor for my eye exam if I had known this because I feel as thought I might have been wasting his time - I was not interested in LASIK. Regardless, the visit went very well.

There had been a power outage, so patient electronic records were not totally available. As a rusult, all staff seemed rushed and not on their game as they usually are.

Dr. Grealish was great, but my technician was not so pleasant and somewhat short in patience. She seemed to be in hurry and didn't explain a thing. I'm a Registered Nurse, so I guess I'm used to providing a great experience as part of my care and making sure that my patients can be active participants. You should always leave feeling as though you've been heard and have learned something new.

Waited almost an hour beyond my 7:40am appt to be seen by the Dr. Due to overbooking. Was told I needed a laser iridotomy ASAP and scheduled for the next day. Waited TWO Hours past my appt for that procedure, due to overbooking. Procedure was much more painful than described by the Dr or his staff. Poorly run office.

The office was clean, professional and efficient, but I wasn't impressed by the amount of time I actually spent with Dr. Grealish. Ninety-five percent of my visit was spent with an assistant who performed all of the tests and wasn't especially warm, welcoming, or reassuring.

The support staff were wonderfully courteous and professional, and they addressed my concerns. I saw Dr. Grealish for less than 5 minutes in an hour-and-a-half appointment, and he gave me advice that even the support thought was unusual. I felt like a contributor to his paycheck.
