Very knowledgeable, office is very clean, office staff is quite helpful and patient. Scott Lanford was very thorough and provided me with my audio written test results before I left his office. Dr. Eric Kass needed a audiological test for my hearing loss. I found Scott Lanford through ZocDocs and am very pleased!

Dr. Lanford is very kind. He answered my questions and removed my anxiety. I wish doctors are all like that. Some doctors in DC think they are experts and better than you, then educate you. As a patient, I already feel nervous. I am glad that Dr. Lanford helped me fix the prob and I'm not worried.
