Dr. Massien is great, very helpful and nice. However, the people doing the office work have no idea what is going on. I’m currently in a week+ long battle with them on an EMERGENCY script refill to hold me over until I can see Dr Massien.
When i call, i am continually it will be called in then, and it isn’t. I was expecting to get the script filled 3 separate times, and after waiting on hold for 35 minutes I was finally told “no one but dr can fill it, so I don’t know why you’re being told it will be filled by someone else”.

I am so very glad to have found Dr. Massien . He is kind, relaxed, thorough and respectful. It has been a long time since I felt so comfortable at a medical appointment, and I feel very fortunate that he will be my primary care physician. I might add that everyone in this office is very pleasant and responsive. I am a happy patient!

he was not very engaging or personable. made no attempt to talk or inquire about information. this was a first visit with him and it was very awkward. will not see him again.

One of the few (only?) doctors who is able to both analyze our biology while also appreciating our humanity. He is incredibly knowledgable, patient and attentive. In a few words, I feel 'understood' and 'listened to' when I see Dr. Massien - we devise treatment plans together. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with him!
