Although it was a long wait time, my visit with Dr. Thompson impressed me. He communicates well and discussed the possible causes of the health concern I have and provided useful information. He did a very good exam of the area and went over treatment options advising beginning with the simplest treatment but also scheduling testing to rule out any hidden problems. I'm confident that I'm in good hands and that the problem will be resolved.
Office staff were friendly and courteous, which is important to me because they are the first point of contact. The environment of an office is reflected in how they conduct themselves with patients.
