“I scheduled an appointnent online & arrived 15 minutes early. I was called back before my appointment time. The staff was exceptional from beginning to end. The entire process took about an hour & that includes having Xrays & giving radiology time to go over them. Even though it took so little time, I didn't feel as if I was being rushed out the door. Very thorough & attentive. I highly recommend.”

I didn’t receive the best news at this appointment but the nurse practitioner who delivered the news gave me a hug and consoled me. I really appreciate her more than she will ever know.
I would highly recommend this location. It was very clean and the service was quick.

I would definitely go back. Did not have to wait at all. Everything was very clean!! I was sent home with everything I needed to change the dressing for several days. They offered a water bottle too! The physician was very knowledgeable and detailed in giving instructions for after care. I also received a follow up phone call to check on me. I was very pleased with my experience!!

Front desk was friendly, I was taken back promptly. Triage was nice too, but didn't seem to hear or understand me well. I had to repeat myself a few times when answering questions and info I provided was not documented accurately. I went to get an xray and called ahead. While I was on the way, they sent the xray tech to another location. I dislike driving and wanted to get back home to my special needs pet so I stayed at that location to be seen and determine if xray was needed. Dr was nice, thorough and knowledgeable about a lesser known systemic condition. In an abundance of caution, Dr sent me to ER for testing to check my lungs, heart and esophagus, because all were in the area of my shoulder pain. I wish the tests could be done there. Or blood drawn and sent to the hospital lab if needed, rather than sending me. The ER doctor was not as thorough or caring and dismissed me with instructions to take naproxen, which my stomach cannot handle. He didn't bother to ask first.

Positive and quality experience here. Office was spotless, staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, wait time was less than 10 minutes, medical staff listened and communicated effectively and with genuine care. Teresa, Brandon, and Destiny were outstanding. This office was out of insurance network for us and a 30 minute drive, yet will still be our first choice in the future.

Could not find appointment even though they text me five times including day of appointment. Front desk staff untrained, lab not working, no doctor on duty. Spent 2.5 hours to tell us to go to ER for diagnoses for virus. Spent 7 more hours waiting in ER. Totally should not been open. Will never go back and never recommend to anyone. So sad.

My visit was better than expected. Most urgent cars are swamped and understaffed, so you are more likely to be rushed in and out. The online appointment bookings don't work, though. Call ahead. My wait time was less than 10 minutes, even without the appointment working
