Dr. Callahan is fabulous. I wouldn't change a thing about him. I voiced my displeasure, however, with the practice sign-in process, which isn't entirely pre-populated with known information on file (for me, emergency contact and preferred pharmacy) and which advertises various new drugs for conditions on file for the patient. The 'Continue' button is prominently displayed. The 'Exit' button is small and in the upper right hand corner. Not cool, Not cool.

Helpful staff, clean environment, short wait time. Dr. Callahan was professional & very helpful.
Great doc but long wait to be seen. And still waiting for a call back from the nurse
I think a 30 min wait for an 8:30am appt is too long! Especially with little kids!

My first visit at Harris Parkway location was ok, unfortunately it was booked at the wrong location and the audiology test we primarily came to have performed was unable to be done after speaking to the receptionist about my needs for 20 minutes prior to the appt. However, my second visit at the 8th street office was a disaster. The appt was for 10:15, I waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room at which point I asked the receptionist if we had been forgotten. I as informed we were 3rd in line to see the audiologist...the wait was at least another 45 minutes. Unacceptable! No one communicated this to me, I had to ask and to expect a 2 year old to wait for 2 hours is absurd! I left and won't be back!! Very frustrated that the staff cannot seem to be able to schedule appts correctly.
