I understand being upset when a patient is late because it’s time. When it’s obvious to the patient and the personnel attitude shows it through voice and tone while speaking directly to the patient is an issue. Otherwise visit was okay with the physician.

Doctor Briggs is professional and businesslike. I found her a bit cold at my first appointment, but she was a tad warmer on my second visit. I feel I received good care from her regardless.

It was well. She's very straightforward. Providing information on different options in terms of recommendations/referral would have been more helpful. I had to brainstorm a little for questions. Still, I like her.
