I really like the doctor. I hate the 2 piece paper gown, that was horrible, somehow even worse than the 1 piece ones. I did have to wait a little longer than I should have to see the doctor (my appointment was at 3, I did not see the doctor until 4:20), that was pretty annoying.

Please don't let wait time indicate anything when you are looking for the right OB/GYN to deliver your babies. When it is time for your baby to be born you want Dr. Lantry by your side, and until that time she's more than worth the wait to ensure you have the smartest, most energetic, and caring doctor possible. We have been patients of Dr. Lantry for 10 years and are always amazed at her ability to give her full attention to us at appointments while taking such control during deliveries. I would not want anyone else by my side and feel so blessed to know her and her amazing staff!

I'm not coming back. I thought that my wait was long the last time I went because I was a new patient, but I wasn't a new patient this time, and I waited over an hour. I was sitting, freezing, in a paper gown. The procedure took less than a minute.
I waited so long that I actually called the front desk on my cell phone to ask why I was kept waiting for so long. I didn't even have time to get some bloodwork done because she kept me waiting so long. If I had known, I would have asked if it was ok if I got my blood drawn while waiting. Probably would have been able to get that done AND still have time to wait for this doctor.
There were patients that came in after me that she went to see first. This isn't an ER, but I get treated very differently from her other patients. I have a feeling she values her pregnant patients more than her patients that aren't. Who can blame her? That's income for almost a year. Is my time not as important? Plus her staff ALWAYS gets my name wrong. I have to keep making sure they don't have it wrong on their records.
Her bedside manner is non existent. She didn't seem to care, you kind of have to step on her tail to get her to stop long enough to answer your questions.

Everyone I came across was extremely friendly, including Dr. Lantry. During my first visit I was made to feel very comfortable which is important especially with an OB-GYN! Highly recommend.

Queries are welcomed and always answered satisfactorily.
Very good even for first timers.
Nurses are also very good, caring, friendly, and gives good hospitality.
Queries and small problems like cough and cold are solved offline over phone.
I will highly recommend it to others

I felt like she was in a hurry during my whole appointment. I felt so rushed that I couldn't remember the questions I needed to ask. She didn't really take any time for me to formulate any questions - it was just a quick in and out without much information. I will most likely not return.

Front desk staff was late opening the office but very friendly. Once I got into the exam room I had another 20 minutes of waiting time before I was informed that the doctor had to attend to someone in labor. Once I met with the doctor, she seemed friendly. The exam began and afterwards I felt rushed when deciding birth control. She didn't ask me what ones I had been on previously or what I was looking for. Maybe she is just knowledgeable so I will see how her recommendation is.
I do wish though that she would have asked if her nurse could come in during my examination. Since I am not familiar with her staff, I didn't feel comfortable with them just entering.

The wait times in the waiting room are pretty standard, but it's when you're sitting in the exam room for over 20 minutes in a paper dress that it gets annoying.
I also brought up an issue that was kind of glossed over and not addressed.

I waited 2 hours for less than 5 minutes of face-time for a routine appointment. (And of course it was freezing cold in the office.) I waited over an hour in the main waiting room, then they took me back to take my vitals and I had to wait 40+ minutes after them taking my vitals for the doctor to even come in. She wasn't mean or rude, but she was rushed, she was getting ready to exit after my pap smear and asked if I had any questions, already heading toward the door. I did want to ask some questions about trying to conceive but she was in such a rush and after my 2 hour wait, I was already thinking "I'm never coming back here..." so I didn't even ask. It's already an "un-fun" experience, having your lady-parts poked and prodded, you'd think they'd be a little more personable and try to at least give the impression that they really care. And a very simple, "I'm so sorry for the wait, thanks for your patience," goes a LONG way. Also, I have been in to see her last year, and she said "Nice to meet you" during this visit - does it not even say in my chart that I'd been there before? Like I said, no one was particularly mean or rude, but I just felt an absence of personal connection.

I like Dr. Lantry very much, but the wait today was ridiculous! I was there a total of two hours, and was with the doc only about 8 minutes. I realize you just never know with baby-delivering doctors; but obviously an early morning appointment doesn't guarantee you'll be seen soon!

I thought my visit was pretty rushed because Dr. Lantry was busy with 2 surgeries during my visit. She spent a VERY brief time with me...no more than two minutes and rushed out of the room after finishing. Also, I had to wait over 2 hours to see her because of the 2 surgeries she was preoccupied with.

The doctor knows her stuff, but the wait time at the office is really out of control. I waited about an hour past my scheduled time to be put in a room, and another 45 minutes once I was there.

The appointment itself was fine, she had a good bedside manner and everything went great. The only problem was the wait time was pretty crazy. All told I was in the building for over two hours for what ended up being a 15 minute appointment.

I've been going to Dr. Lantry for several years. She's fine, but I almost inevitably have to wait for an hour or more before being seen, often while wearing the paper dress in a freezing cold exam room. Personally, if it wasn't such an inconvenience, I'd probably look for a new gynocologist.

Despite having scheduled an appointment through Zocdoc, when I arrived (15 mins prior to my scheduled time), I was told that my appointment was not in the system. Since I went through zocdoc, I am unsure if zocdoc or Dr. Lantry's office is to blame for this, but needless to say this resulted in my waiting for about 45 mins in the waiting room first. The receptionists were very unprofessional. They were loudly playing a game on their cell phones (family feud it seemed, since they kept calling out questions and asking the other members of the office staff for answers). After being taken back into the office, I then waited an additional 45 mins for Dr. Lantry. It took so long, that I even fell asleep on the table while waiting. When the doctor finally arrived she was very curt, didn't ask many questions, and didn't even discuss with me how I could best prevent my problem from reoccurring in the future. I honestly felt like she was just going through the motions without even attempting to make the slightest connection with me as a patient or human being! When she mentioned that she would see me again in a year for my annual exam, I thought to myself "please! I won't be coming back to see you...EVER" To sum things up, I was very unhappy with how I was treated as a patient and paying customer and would NOT recommend Dr. Lantry.

I liked Dr. Lantry. She was direct and to the point but I also feel like she listened to my concerns. I always dread these appointments but I actually liked the fact that she kept it serious and professional and cut out the small talk and chitter chatter.

No nonsense visit - I went for a yearly exam and I'm pretty easy, with no prior medical problems, so once she came in to see me, it was very quick. Most everyone was very friendly and helpful. Ladies only staff, which made me feel more comfortable.
