I had a positive in-person experience with NP-C Karmen Vardanyan, but follow-up care was extremely concerning. Two weeks passed without any communication regarding my lab work. After two days of trying to reach the office (which was very difficult to contact), I finally received a callback and my test results were uploaded to my portal. I was also assured that Nurse Vardanyan would call me to review the results, but I never received that call.
Thankfully, I had a follow-up appointment with my gynecologist, who had access to my results and informed me that they were abnormal. Had I not seen my gynecologist, I would not have known about my results or received treatment.
While the provider was kind during the visit, the lack of communication and follow-up regarding important medical results made me lose confidence in the practice.

Great modern and clean clinic and great staff. Dr. Karmen was amazing, she helped me understand my symptoms and referred me to a specialist. One of the best hospital visits I have ever had.
