Dr Kravets and his nurse are excellent providers. I have my whole family going to them. The new lab tech is also great. Debbie at the front desk is amazing. I am only disappointed that I can’t call the office directly anymore. I feel like since the last takeover things have turned extremely corporate and Ascension as a company is more concerned about profits. We love Dr Kravets and his staff and hope we can continue to see him as long as possible. I hope Ascension appreciates the staff in this practice and shows them that they do.

A huge issue is if you do need an appointment quickly, like for pneumonia, I could not get an appointment in a timely manner and a simple cold turned into pneumonia because I was told to go to an immediate care. The immediate care didn’t spend any time with me and 1.5 weeks later, I’m at Edward Elmhurst and diagnosed with pneumonia. I think there should be some way an established patient should be able to see their GP or at least a partner in a timely manner. Now, a surgery scheduled is in danger of being cancelled due to the huge delay and having to go outside of this group for diagnosis. Dr. Kravets saw me and we have a plan to recheck the X-ray. Hopefully I’ll be cleared in 2 weeks. That is a huge mess that could have been avoided.

Dr. Kravets is the best Dr. I have ever had with respect to healthcare and general care. He takes time to explain everything and my health has improved with his direction. Good Doctor’s are hard to find so Ascension management team make sure to keep the good ones like Dr. Kravets.

I've been a patient of doctor Kravets for almost 30 years. He is an exceptional doctor and I don't know what I'm going to do when he retires! I don't believe I'll find another doctor as good as he is. he saw my entire family and he knew us well. I don't think they make doctors like him anymore.
