During 2014 I felt Dr. Rana gave excellent patient care and was in tune and listened to my concerns. Going into 2015 I decided to choose another primary care physician for my daughter who had been a patient with Dr. Rana. I immediately felt a distance and lack of patient concern after I decided to choose another primary care physician for my daughter leading me eventually choose another care physician for myself as well.

I left there for two reasons. First I told her that the next time I was to be there I had my pre-op same day at 10. I thought it would be ok since my appt with her was at 8:40. At 9:45 I still had not seen her. I got up and told her I had to leave. Very frustrating.
Second I had cataract surgery right after Thanksgiving. I came in because I had sinus infection and needed refills on my meds. I didn't see her but saw a gentleman. I told him I had a bad sinus infection and needed meds and then my regular meds Later I went pick up my meds and he forgot my cough medicine. I called back on Friday and talked to girl who fills meds and she didn't call me bac till 48 hrs later. She argued with me I had to come back in because I was only there the other day for a chronic visit. I told her no. The other doctor had given me antibiotics but I needed strong cough medicine as I had just my cataracts out and couldn't be coughing like that. She continued to argue with me and I told her to have Dr Raina call me. SHE NEVER DID. Why would I want to wait all weekend for a prescription that I clearly needed that day not in two days. Her staff person who works her prescriptions is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. There's no real caring there??

I have been waiting for over 2 monrhs for my referral ti my Spine Doctor to get faxed. I called thw office 2 times and the referral nurse has not returned my call. My Spine Dr Appointment is 4 /17/2015.I need that referral asap. This is an ongoing problem with this office. I have had difficulty getting my referrals in the past.

This is my favorite Doctor out of all she listen to you and she immediately try to solve the problem them she does what ever is she can to find out what is the problem. Even her staff is very help in calling and reminded you of your appointments and calling and giving you your test results plus if you need referrals to another Dr. they will take care of that . she will also get you in quickly to see her. I love Dr. Rana she is one of my favorite doctors.

Overall the service was great. The only thing that bother me is that I was asked 2 times the reason of my visit (one by the front desk and the other by the medical assistant) even though I stated the reason via the website when scheduling my appointment. It's a minor detail but the people are very friendly and make you comfortable during the visit.
