Dr. Shabana Rasheed is nice, i like her, but you can not get what you need right away, you have a problem you can not get in to see her or any other doctor, Need a more alternative option for treatments to get more than one treatment option and diagnosis.

The staff was very friendly, and the Doctor was lovely. However is seems like the office is a bit disorganized, dirtier than I would like and a bit outdated. I had to wait a long time to get seen by the doctor, even though I pre-checked in through ZocDoc.

She was truly the best I change her to my internal. medical doctor. Although it was my first visit they made me feel very comfortable. She expained everything and made sure I understood everything before I left her office. The only reason my appointment time was long is because it was my first visit. I would recommend everyone I know to her office. Thank you for helping me find her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shabana Rasheed for about 4 yrs now. I was referred by a nurse friend of mine. I was looking for a DMC doctor so I could get a knee replacement. I met her in mid March and I had my replacement in early April. Dr. Rasheed is a very thorough and she was at the hospital everyday to see me.You are her concern and she will address every issue big or small.

I will never be back, very disappointed.
I had been having stomach pains and after a few weeks of nothing working was sent to get a cat scan. I was told that I would hear back about my results 2-3 days after the appointment (which was a Tuesday). Friday came and I still hadn't heard anything so I gave the office a call. Claimed they never recieved my results so I called the hospital where I had my scan done and they immediately faxed it over to them. Monday I called the office "yes we have your results. Bye!" Umm okay?! I was told the doctor would have to call me back. Well I called Tuesday and was told the same thing. It's now Wednesday and I haven't heard back?!? I just want to know my results, how hard is it to just give me a call?
Also the office is Very outdated and dirty, staff is always very rude. Please don't put your health in their hands.

I've been here twice and both times were not good. I had to wait the first time for more than an hour before they even acknowledged me after I signed in. Then the office was dirty and old equipment. Then I feel like what I went for was not solved. Not going back

Worst experience ever. I went to Dr. Rasheed for my annual visit. The place looked filthy and the staff was rude. When it was time for my pap, the lamp would not work. The Medical Assistant than said "oh well, when the lamp does not work, Dr. Rasheed will use her flash light on her iPhone". I was applaud and disgusted. Finally after about 15 mins of wiggling the cord, the lamp worked. I came really close to walking out and I probably should have. I never complain and understand that some practices have complications. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE. Was sicken by the experience.

The worst experience I have had at a doctor's office. Very unorganized! Very unprofessional! Doctor Rasheed is nice but the overall experience was unsatisfactory. I was there for over 2 hours for a routine physical. The office itself had terrible lightning and was not astetically pleasing. I had to basically stalk the office for my lab results. If you value your time, I do not recommend this office.
