Dr. Alsabti did not waste time with unnecessary questions to reiterate the problem or exploit the situation. Gave me an excellent referral and ran the necessary tests Ill need prior to that appointment. Very proactive and professional! Doctor Alsabti treats every patient like they are her only patient. Office is impeccably clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. ”

Dr. Reem was extremely thorough and had great bedside manners. She ordered an MRI and bloodwork for me immediately to give me peace of mind (I maybe didn’t need the MRI, but wanted it to be able to sleep at night lol). She was very personable and I am eager to hear her opinion on my MRI results.

This was my 1st time going to Dr. Alsabti. She was extremely nice, welcoming, and personable. Her bed-side manner was excellent. She was very caring, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Alsabti listened to my concerns and provided her expert opinion. She was very helpful and assisted me with making an appointment for imaging right away; which otherwise would have been a long wait. I would definitely go back to Dr. Alsabti again.

I’m like Dr Reem but those doctors that I was sent to were terrible not one of them touched me only sucked my insurance dry with X-rays that was not needed . Unhappy about the care from them . Also sent me to Therapy the wrong kind of therapy for my hip and leg condition . Have a second opinion same . Thing with the Providence Hospital in Novi Michigan . All new doctors first visit was awesome found out slot more about what’s going on with my falling the pain is so has made me loss over 50 pound no eat because of the pain and poor report of my condition from those doctors .

Dr. Reem comes off nice, knows how to smile and say what you want to hear, however, beware. I came to her office because she said she had cancellations and I could be seen right away. She made me feel like she was going to thoroughly explore my inquiry and advocate for me, that did not happen at all. I wasn't given an exam of any sort, blood was drawn, I was not told what tests were run, then I was told I had to wait 24 hours for results I received in 2 hours going to my PCP. I was seeking additional opinions as I was discharged with many of my labs being off. She also said she would call me the next day with results, that also never happen. There was not ONE person in her office other than me, I was in 10/10 pain, yet I was there for 1 hour for 4 tubes of blood. Reem was aware that I was in a "desperate" situation, she needed a client for the day and took advantage of my need. My home hospital is Beaumont and she indicated that I could only go to Providence if I worked with her.
