There were at least a dozen patients in the waiting room when I arrived at 9 a.m.
One hour is a long wait. It doesnt take into consideration that I have time restraints as well.

The staff who greeted me were very cold and impersonal.
After filling out the proper forms I waited over one hour to be seen and my entire appt with the doctor in the exam room took less than 15 minutes.
I feel the doctor was very rushed and didn't even go over my situation completely.
