Dr. Syed was very helpful and caring, she explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. When I was given the injection she came into the lab and continued to talk to me. The nurses were also polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Syed to anyone.

This was a wonderful find. The support staff were friendly, highly professional and charming. I guessed they would mirror the doctor's approach and I was right. At the end of the visit I arranged for Dr Syed to be my primary physician. I was really impressed

When I first went to Dr.Syed, I liked her. She listened and took time to talk to me. But after my initial appointment for a physical, she wanted to see me a second time within a month. Then when I called to have a prescription for Imitrex (migraine medication) filled, I was told I needed to come in again because it was a controlled substance and I would have to see the doctor every twelve weeks. With just a little research on the internet, I learned it is NOT a controlled substance and that there was no research showing it caused dependency. Either she is misinformed about controlled substances or I was being gouged by having to pay for unnecessary office calls. Either way, this is not something I want in a doctor.

At first, I was happy with this Dr. Now after seeing her several times, the only remedy is PILLS. The Dr told me in the hallway where there were patients listening that I needed to take a certain medication. The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything. Every time I tell the med techs about my issues, it's written on their form but when the Dr sees me, she mentions none of it. Also, on the walls of the rooms, are advertisements of hair removal that the Dr does. Wow. Never again will I set foot in that place!! I got my wife to go see her too and she agrees with me and she also will not go there again.

I am beyond greatful to have Dr Syed as my Dr. I only wish I had seen her years ago. My experience has always been see the Dr and get medications. The experience I want and that Dr Seyed provides is thorough care, helps you understand the issues and have a plan of action to then include medication if needed. She takes the time to go over everything with you. She advised me to communicate with her and don't leave anything out. The rest of the staff are great as well. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

EXCELLENT, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, LISTENED INTENTLY, HELPED WITH SEVERE PAIN IMMEDIATELY, THOROUGH & BEYOND. DEALT WITH PROBLEM OF WHY CAME, THEN HELPED WITH GIVING FLU AND PNEUMONIA SHOTS (NEEDED), AND ALSO YEARLY BLOODWORK (NEEDED BUT WASN'T PLANNED AHEAD…HELPFUL IN GETTING THINGS DONE (IMMEDIATE & FUTURE THINGS NEEDED). I was EXTREMELY pleased with Dr. Syed and her friendly staff. Within twenty minutes of leaving her office, I had already recommended this doctor to two people. My husband will also be switching doctors to go to Dr. Syed.
Here are the specifics:
The office person who had me fill out paperwork was friendly, made eye contact with me, and smiled.
The nurse who showed me to the exam room and took my vitals was friendly.
The doctor was concerned about my WHOLE PERSON, not just the sinus and chest infection for which I was there to get medication. For example, she asked if I had my first mammogram, yet. (I recently turned 40.) Then, she asked about the results. She asked whether my family had a history of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.
During our discussion, I never felt rushed. The doctor made eye contact with me the whole time, nodded, smiled, paid attention, and asked if I had any questions, concerns, or other things that had been bothering me outside of my current chest infection. I have never had a doctor be so...maternal. It was wonderful!
When I had blood drawn, the phlebotomist was great: I hardly felt a thing.
Best experience I have had at a doctor's office. I will definitely continue going here.

Just want to say that my visit with Dr. Syed was great! I usually will go to a doctor if he/she has been recommended by a friend or family member but this time I used zocdoc to find her and I must say it was a great experience. Dr. Syed and her staff made me feel comfortable and welcome right from the start. I didn't feel like I was a new patient but rather one who she's seen for many years! My wait time was very minimal. The nurse who drew my blood was very good (I've had blood drawn before and it always hurt-I barely felt it this time), Dr. Syed was friendly and cheerful. Dr. Syed and her staff get 5 stars from me and I would highly recommend her! Thank you!
