I enjoy talking with my patients, and it is very satisfying to be able to help them with their issues or problems. Building good rapport with them is important to me so that we can work together to achieve the best outcome. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? As a primary care provider, my role is to assess, educate, and treat my patients when they need professional care. I will treat them with care and compassion and be a good listener. I will be an active advocate for them to support their goal of living a healthy life. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I love decorating, gardening, camping, and traveling. I enjoy playing board games and getting together with friends. I hold a Master's in Family Nursing from Lewis University and a Master's in Nursing from Philippine Women's University. I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of San Carlos.

I booked the appointment and filled out all the pre-appointment paperwork. Copies of my identification, insurance cards, etc. The provider could not upload the documents and insisted i used my appointment time by reloading everything I had already done.
