Excellent physician. Took his time analyzing my condition and explaining the logic behind his recommended approach. I was tremendously appreciative that he was primarily focused on the best course of action, not upselling as I have read on other physician reviews. I would highly recommend him.
My appointment went smoothly with Dr. Vyas. He was direct and to the point and clearly laid out my options. He also worked with me to find the best options for and MRI and follow up appointment since I live a fair distance from his office.
Dr Shail clearly explained 6 different options about my treatment options to my satisfaction along with pros and cons for each.
Great doctor, the wait time can suck sometimes (especially at the chino location). Even with the wait time, will still continue to trust with everything orthopedic. He repaired my hip, which I am 100% now, and a friend of mine who had the same surgery from another doctor is still in a lot of pain 1.5 years later.
Went in for a broken thumb. Doctor was great- made me feel comfortable. Asked that I get new X-rays and offered for me to come into the Anaheim office the following day. Staff is very nice. I would recommend Dr Shail Vyas.
Was made to feel completely comfortable. The whole staff including Dr. Shall is so very pleasant.
In all fairness the wait time was due to an unusually heavy patient load. This office is a group of doctors which serve many different between two different locations. I have never seen it that busy since I've been going to Dr. Vyas. There is a good possibility that the appoints were over booked due to a problem with ZocDoc, not the medical staff.
He is an amazing doctor. Very personable and takes his time.
Dr was great. The issue I had was when I called the dr office the day prior to confirm Dr Vyasr specialized in epidural injection. The lady who answered the phone replied yes. I got to my appt. The dr does not do the epidural. I suggest not to have the front desk give out false info.
This is a VERY busy office so the wait times are extended at times. It's kind of like a good restaurant, the service is worth the wait!
He was helpful and gave me enough time I might need an operation I think I will trust him to do it
It was the first meeting but I really think I will like him being my orthopedic.
The office seems like a family practice. It was hectic in the beginning because there is a wide variety of specialties. So there was a little wait but the doctor and staff were very knowledgable and nice.
Overall very good. Explained things very well and very personable.
He's very confident about what he says n I like that. Straight to the point n very knowledgeable.
He is very nice and informative. Wait time is a little long
Waited way too long.
I feel that he asked a lot of good, important questions. He was concerned with my injury and wants me to get better 100%. He gave me other options to help me out financially. His staff was also friendly and helpful.
very good doc. explains everything really well and i like the fact that he wants to get stuff done without fooling around
The doctor was fast, easy to work with, and was efficient in his style of work
The first visit was very comfortable. He asked questions and offered valuable information. He required further info from my primary physician to come to a more accurate diagnoses. He was thorough and offered various alternatives on how to handle my ailment.
Dr Vyas graciously appolized for my wait time. He said it was not usual. They seemed very concerned that the street address provided on the "zocdoc" web site was incorrect and were anxious to get it corrected.
