Excellent! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Khan and staff cares about you the patient the individual. I appreciate that being a senior citzen and uncertain - but I was made to feel very comfortable and they cared about my health - wonderful! I have had several appts since the first one and everytime has been a wonderful experience and I feel my heart is in good hands! Thank you!

Dr. Khan underwent fellowship training for cardiology at Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. He was chief resident and resident in internal medicine at Mclaren Regional Medical Center at Michigan State University in Flint, Michigan. Dr. Khan grew up in Bangalore, India. His internship was at St. Johns Medical College Hospital, Bangalore, India. Dr. Shakeel O. Khan completed his Doctor of Medicine at Al-Ameen Medical School Dharwad, Karnatak, India and is a graduate of National College in Bangalore, India.
Dr. Khan is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and board certified in General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Endovascular (Peripheral) Interventions, Nuclear Cardiology, and Adult Comprehensive Echocardiography. He was previously the Cardiac Catheterization Lab Director at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, Arizona.
