To begin, the doctor may have shown up for two seconds to take a meager assessment. Didn't even introduce himself. And told us to get X rays at a facility that they are "affiliated" with. You would think an "Urgent Care" center would at least have an X-Ray machine. Then the doctor insisted that we return after spending an hour at the other facility only to come back to this doctor and wait another hour for the results to be faced through. The wait was so long that we ended up leaving and never received the results. The cherry on top was that the doctor told us that if there was anything "notable" on the X-Ray, we would be contacted. Based on the clinical presentation the doctor told us that he "it was most likely a contusion or hematoma and nothing to worry about". We never received a call and the pain increased day by day. Finally, we requested a copy of the X-rays that were sent to a neurologist which showed a clear hairline fracture. Absolutely dispicable and if we were of the litigious type, this experience would be professional negligence.

I was told I couldn't be perscrubed antibiotics unless I had a pregancy test. Even though I ashured the Dr I wasn't pregnent, having just finished my cycle. She insisted stating protocol. I've never heard of this before but I'm very sick and needed the meds.
