I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive, which made the visit smooth and comfortable. From check-in to the clinical team, everyone was courteous, organized, and respectful of my time.
Dr. Sherif and Dr. Nader were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Their professionalism and calm manner made me feel confident and well cared for throughout my visit.

Overall good experience, since I didn’t wait too long. Good looking doc! very personable, thorough, and seemed trustworthy.
However, none of the hand sanitizer dispensers were filled nor were the paper towels in the bathroom restocked. Waiting room cramped, and they didn’t take my word for it that my pcp had indeed been changed, insisting on a reference number LOL
It seemed that the assistant didn’t know where to put the needle after my blood draw LOL

So if this was very clean, well organized, and the staff was very friendly. Dr.. Elsayed was very friendly, very knowledgeable and listened to any complaints I had and gave me resolution for my issues. This is my first time visiting his clinic and he will be my PCP going forward.
