Dr. Pahlavan was very friendly and genuinely concerned about my ongoing ear pain. He asked a lot of questions, did a thorough exam, and had his audiologist conduct a hearing test on me. I felt very well taken care of. His staff is all very nice as well. One of the friendliest doctor's offices I have ever visited. I will definitely come back if I need further ENT care.

Post-Surgery instructions and poorly performed and it caused a great trouble going an getting the nasal bleeding fixed couple of times... didn't mention clearly the post surgery instructions to follow & use medications like nasal sprays & other stuff which caused lot of issues.

Amazing with kids! My daughter is 4, and he was great with her. She never felt scared or nervous in any way. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions without hesitation. Staff is super friendly, and we were in and out in no time. Highly recommend for anyone, but especially for little ears.

I have high expectations that Dr Pahlavan can resolve my sinus problems. After a thorough examination of my sinuses, he offered 3 scenarios of different treatments and explained each treatment very thoroughly and in language that I could understand. I feel comfortable with the treatment plan that I chose which was a permanent solution to my problems rather than a short term fix or management of the symptoms with prescription drugs. Last but not least, the employees in his office are the NICEST people. I have changed doctors because of office personnel's rude or dismissive behavior.

Very personable. My daughter and I both had appts. His knowledge of his specialty is on point. He uses innovative and looks like state of the art equipment. His staff was very nice, which says a lot for a doctor's office. I would highly recommend Dr. Shane. He spent a lot of time listening to our symptoms and sharing his expertise.
