I had an amazing experience during this appointment. She made me feel comfortable and gave me space to express myself, she was nice and patient. She was able to help me within 1 appointment which I was so grateful for because that rarely happens.
She also knows her practice really well and took the initiative to help me with more than I even knew I needed (resources etc)

Dr. Mays was very friendly and professional. I am not a great communicator and get very nervous in social situations but she was very patient with me and empathetic to my feelings. I felt very heard and validated by the end of our appointment. I am very glad I got connected with such an understanding individual and I feel very optimistic that the help and suggestions she provided will lead to many improvements in my life.
