I was very comfortable. Dr. Alturas is very sweet. She explained everything very thoroughly and I didn’t feel like the appointment was rushed. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Dr. Alturas was great. She spent a through hour with me to go over my medical history related to my eyes. I have had contacts for over 20 years. There was a long wait tho even with the covid-19 restriction and there was only one patient waiting at a time. Office staff could use work. Three people and the person inputed my date of birth wrong on my file. Oh well. Guess I look 10 years younger than I actually am! 1800-Contacts didn’t have an issue filling my prescriptions.

Dr. Alturas went over every possible issue including my chronic dry eyes, eye exam, and even my physical health. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her services for myself and my family.

Shannon Altura’s provided excellent service. She gave me excellent advise on purchasing reading glasses, which really was life changing because I primarily wear contact lenses. I would highly recommend friends and family to visit this establishment!
