Shannon Gorrell was very efficient and thorough. I only needed to get a simple prescription refilled (it was my first time with that office and on my new insurance, so needed to go in person), but Shannon gave me the opportunity to talk about whether I wanted to try a different one. This specific office location (15th St.) also has very nice and professional desk staff and assistants.

NP Gorrell was wonderful for my annual physical exam. She was very patient and spent a lot of time talking with me about my lifestyle and habits etc. She recommended a number of changes to my diet and some herbs I could start taking for better sleep. I never felt rushed or like she was just trying to get on to the next patient. The location is really convenient to my office and I have started coming here for everything, not just urgent care issues.

Shannon, as well as the other women I spoke with, seemed to have plenty of time to discuss any health issue I wanted to discuss; the exam was painless; they all seemed well-informed on current science--and nutritional science, which many doctors know very little about; and they were extremely nice. So the exam was both informative and pleasant.

Shannon was wonderful! Going to be going there for all of my health needs that her office can address. Paperwork was easy and there was a spacious waiting room. TV's in the patient rooms make the visit a lot more pleasant, and everything was very clean. Thanks to everyone for a "painless" visit!

I have to say I was pretty unimpressed. She was professional, but pretty cold and didn't seem to take my questions that seriously. I had a quite bad cold, but had gotten over my fever. I wanted to return to work, so I asked her if I was still contagious. Her answer was "I'm contagious, you're contagious, we're all contagious." What a great philosophic answer, but not what I needed.
They did some cultures and I never heard back on the results. She gave me a prescription, but it didn't really help. Not likely to return.
