About Shatara Coleman
As a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience, I am dedicated to caring for individuals and families. My practice emphasizes preventive health and considers the whole person?addressing physical, emotional, and social aspects to tailor personalized care plans.
I treat patients from children as young as 3 years old through older adults. I offer a wide range of services, including lab testing and interpretation, prescription medication management, and both primary and sick care.
I earned my Associate's degree from Kennedy-King College, my Bachelor's degree from Rush University, and my Master's in Nursing from Saint Xavier University.

I took my son to see Shatara NP, because he was not feeling well. Shatara NP, was excellent!!! We were seen right away. made my son who hates doctors feel very comfortable and she had a great bedside manner. I would recommend her to everyone, anytime, any day because she is personable and knows her stuff!

I recently had a good experience with Enhanced Health. NP, Coleman was knowledgeable, attentive and actually took the time to listen and address my concerns in a way I could understand. She was thoughtful, had evening hours that fit my schedule perfectly. I felt well cared for and would highly recommend Enhanced Health.

ShaTara Colman was the best! I called into the visit about 10 min early and she was already on the call! She asked me questions to assess my issue and even showed me visuals on what I should look for if my condition gets worse. She even left me super nice voicemail after my visit. I will recommed her!

Mrs. Dearman provided superb care during my visit! I was somewhat apprehensive about asking my personal questions but she reassured me that I was in confidential and professional hands. I appreciate the thorough explanations of my condition and treatments in layman's terms. She has a compassionate and soft approach in her care as I can feel this is not just a job but a passion for quality healthcare for the whole person.
