Dr. Lee has experience in full scope primary care optometry, emergency eye care, soft contact lenses, complex specialty contact lenses, and pre/post operative care in all ophthalmic sub-specialties. She has substantial experience in the LASIK industry previously serving as clinical director at TLC Laser Eye Center and can manage pre/post operative care for all laser refractive procedures.

Dr Lee was so friendly and enjoyable to talk to, I forgot I was at a doctors office! She is very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about my family history, I would highly recommend seeing her for your next visit!

I was not happy with my experience at this appointment. First of all, it took me almost an hour just to see the doctor. Dr. Shannon Lee was kind, friendly, and a great communicator, but she asked me the same two sets of questions twice, as if she didn’t listen to me the first time or immediately forgot my response. My appointment with her seemed rushed. The staff was okay - not hostile but not welcoming either. Lastly, I was overcharged for my visit due to the doctor’s error in communicating with the front desk. If I had not checked with my insurance provider, I would have been charged more than double for my visit than necessary. Luckily, I got reimbursed. I will probably come back, but only because I don’t want to go through the effort of switching providers.
