“I don't have a strong perscription, so it was a quick, easy appointment. Dr. Stupiansky was very fast but thorough. And the staff at the office were fantastic. I did need some sunglasses and they were very knowledgeable. ”

About Dr. Kristin Stupiansky
Dr. Kristin Stupiansky received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, graduating magna cum laude in Psychology with a co-major in English Literature. She then received her Doctorate in Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California. Dr. Stupiansky's training included externships at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, the Optometric Center of Los Angeles, and Walter Reed National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Stupiansky relocated to Washington, D.C., from Northwest Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys music (playing piano and guitar), yoga, bike riding, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Truly excellent care from Dr. Stupiansky! Really great attention to detail, thoroughly explaining findings, and clearly communicating recommendations with sincerity and compassion. Her office staff, particularly Emma, were incredibly helpful and took ample time to walk me through ordering contacts, using the rebate, and answering all my questions. Would highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Stupiansky is efficient, gentle, warm, and incorporates patient’s feedback and comfort level into her care decisions. She is a busy physician, so she appears rushed at times, but that hasn’t jeopardized her care with me.

I went in to get a vision exam, and she was rushed, frantic, and literally could not explain anything to me. My vision has changed, and I was hoping to get a clear explanation of what was happening, why, and how to treat it, but she couldn't explain any of it and was not succinct at all. It was quite pathetic, really.
I left more confused than I came in, and I will never be back. Recommend people stay away if you want a professional.
