Dr. Savoy is an amazing communicator. She made me feel like we were long time friends. She answered all my questions and made me feel like I mattered. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new primary doctor. Her nurse was also very friendly, down to earth and made me feel like I mattered as well. The check in process was a little strange (due to covid) and the front desk was less than friendly when communicating with me, but I will give the benefit of doubt as it was bad weather.

My appointment had been cancelled twice. The doctor was sick. But you know I wasn't even upset about that. Things happen. But they have this receptionist... Her name is Sonia. She is the most rude women I have come in contact with in a very long time. She even hing up the phone on me when I asked for her entire name. Disgusted to say the least. There are major things going on in the world. You never know what may send someone over the edge. Her attitude definitely do not help

She is honestly the best Primary Care Physician (PCP) I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is warm, kind, very knowledgeable, did not dismiss my concerns or questions (which some doctors tend to do with patients) and most of all she LISTENS to you and takes time to hear what it is you have to say. I did not feel rushed one bit. She's really that great of a doctor.
I've now made her my new PCP and I'm so happy with my decision and look forward to seeing her again.
