This was a great experience. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions, especially about insurance. I was given several options for treatment for a condition and not pressured to choose any.

The visit itself was very smooth and as expected - looking into several different machines to check various eye things. They don’t do dilation - they do retinal imaging, which has no side effects but isn’t covered by insurance, so I had a copay. The wait was annoying - I blocked off an hour for this appointment and apparently needed to have blocked an hour and a half. I wasn’t seen by the staff until 25 minutes of waiting - then did a quick 5 minute initial bout of tests before going back to my seat to wait another 20 minutes before the doctor came out. They also try to funnel you into getting glasses at LensCrafters and will not give you your PD, but I expected that - just did an online PD test to be able to share my prescription for an online glasses order.

Dr. Dao earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and has experience treating military veterans and patients with special needs. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Dao enjoys volunteering with the Red Cross and traveling the world.

Can’t recommend this office highly enough. Dr. Dao was great and incredibly easy to communicate with. I’ve had three different doctors each time and each was incredible, all of my records were accounted for in each visit and the experience couldn’t be easier. Great front desk help and communication!

I went in initially to get frames but had no idea what to get. my eye exam was well explained as i’ve only visited the eye doctor twice before. dr dao was very helpful with making me feel comfortable and selecting great frames!

Honestly, one of the most patient doctors I have ever had! She explains everything as she does it, helping you become more educated about your eyes. She diagnosed me with dry eye and I have been receiving treatment via Optilight, in office. It has really changed my life and I had no idea I had dry eye! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
