Dr. Barkzai was great! So sweet and friendly, and took her time to make sure I had a thorough eye exam. She helped me to update my glasses prescription and also fitted me for contact lenses. I really appreciated her kind demeanor and professionalism. The See shop is really cool, but I also liked that they offered to help yet didn’t push me to buy glasses there.

The doctor was wonderful. The staff at Cohen's Optical was incredibly disappointing. None of them seemed to understand how insurance worked with their company, they couldn't be less interested in helping me check-in, check-out, order contacts. They tried to upsell me to incredibly pricing contacts. I knew I needed to leave at that very moment. It was very uncomfortable and they made sure none of my visit was welcomed, even though the store was absolutely empty.
