Dr. Sharon S. Meyer received her B.S. (Cum Laude) at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge before leaving her hometown to study on full scholarship at Tulane Medical School. She finished in the top third of her class and received her M.D. in 1986. She served her internship at Tulane Affiliated Hospitals, New Orleans. Dr. Meyer completed a one year Fellowship in Clinical Dermatology Research before her residency at Tulane University School of Medicine.
Dr. Sharon S. Meyer is a past Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Dermatology, Tulane University Medical School and continues her role of teacher and mentor as a Community Preceptor for Foundations in Medicine by having medical students ‘shadow’ her while she sees patients at her uptown New Orleans office.

Dr. Meyer was great. I was dealing with a terrible situation with my face and she took great care to console me, prescribe a regimen and assure me it would get better, and I got much better quickly.
Her office was so helpful in getting me seen the very day I called.

I went for a consultation regarding recommendations to look a little younger. She was so patient and interested in what I was worried about and what I was hoping to achieve. I didn't want a lot of downtime because of my job. We decided in Botox and sculptra and I am delighted with my results.
