Dr. Shroff was really nice, but I would not go back and see him. I'm not sure if he is just uncomfortable with female patients or if he is the same with everyone. I was there for my annual physical and all he did was listen to my lungs through my shirt. He referred me to women's health for everything else. Then I received a decent size bill for my visit.I have never been billed for my annual physical before (I've been a patient in that office for a few years now...my other PCP left the practice)....and I probably wouldn't have minded if it was more of a physical then a meet and greet.

My biggest complaint with this doctor is that he seems to be the type that just expects his patients to blindly follow his instructions. I'm not that type of patient. I ask questions and I decide what treatment I will participate in. Of course the doctor's advise weighs heavily in this decision. In my first visit he wrote something on the order of 5-7 referrals with no thought to the financial impact that would have. It's sad but the truth is that in todays healthcare climate cost is almost as important as quality. Finally he ordered a test, which required my explicit consent, and never got that consent from me. Not acceptable.

Highly recommend this primary care! The doctor was very thorough and actually listens to you and not just the typical nod of the head.
The pre-appointment data collected on ZocDoc to shorten the process at the office is not accurate as it is for ZocDoc and not the office so you have to fill it out all over again.
