Dr. Shayna Mansfield grew up in a military family. Her father’s assignments took her to a variety of places, including Oregon, Illinois, Texas and Turkey. After completing high school in San Antonio, TX, she moved to Phoenix where she attended Arizona State University. She received her bachelor’s degree in sports medicine. Her enthusiasm for athletics and medicine encouraged her to pursue osteopathy. Dr. Mansfield attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in California. She then returned home, to Phoenix, for her residency training. Her sleep-deprived education at Phoenix Baptist Hospital was complete in 2004. She is board certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Mansfield has been affiliated with Mountain View Family Physicians since 2006 and became the newest partner in November 2007. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine and has a special interest in dermatology.
In her spare time, Dr. Mansfield enjoys sports, outdoor activities, travel, and spending time with her family, friends and 3 dogs.
