horrible experience which doctor's staff tells the patients to call the insurance and tell them i want this doctor to be my primary doctor approval. how the insurance company would know who's behind the phone and obtaining info the staff should do it. after all of that i was told the information is not matching what kind info wouldi put that it doesn't match its not my email account that if i forget the password i can reset its just my basic info.

She was rude and dismissive & brushed off the issue I came for. There’s also no point in making appointments because I still had to wait over an hour to be seen even if it was an early morning appointment. The front staff and PA were nice.

Everyone was very nice. I was nervous about having a new physician but I was made comfortable with how I was treated from the time I stepped in until I left. The Doctor appeared generally caring about me and my medical needs.

I thought the staff and Dr. Sami were fantastic! My only negative comments are that the office is not very clean and it needs to be remodeled. Also, no one in the office wears a lab coat which I find very strange. The service however is incredible, probably the best experience I have ever had with nurses and doctors. Just remodel the office, new furniture, new equipment, paint, modernize and get some lab coats!
