So I asked Dr. Shah how long she has been a doc (it was clear that not only did she take her role seriously but the advocacy provided was next level) she told me 4 yrs and I said “oh you’re a baby in it” I hope she didn’t take offense to the phrase because all I meant was that she was like new so the burn out hadn’t happened yet. I asked her to keep the energy she has because it was so refreshing to be listened to and have your needs anticipated.

It was overall a good experience made booking the appt a lot easier and was sent appt reminders. The office was clean and the staff were friendly we were seen very quickly after filling out new patient paperwork which we were given right away when we arrived. I felt listened to. All the right questions were asked and the action plan and follow up was clearly communicated to me. I felt like I had options and knew support was there in case I had to go back to the drawing board. She even asked my puppy when I made mention of him!
