About Dr. Maria Swetech
Dr. Maria Swetech is a family medicine physician who grew up in Clinton Township, MI. She graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at McLaren Macomb Hospital. Dr. Maria is a clinical assistant professor with the Family and Community Medicine Department at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board certified in family medicine by both The American Board of Family Medicine and The American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Additionally, Dr. Maria is on staff at Troy Corewell (Beaumont) Hospital.
Dr. Maria Swetech emphasizes a holistic approach to medicine and regularly includes preventative care in her treatment plans. She enjoys working with patients of all ages. In addition to classic family medicine training, she received additional training in dermatologic procedures, women’s health, and pediatrics.
