As a 29-year veteran of the Army Nurse Corps, I've had the honor of serving those who dedicate themselves to others-often at great personal cost. Through my years of service, I've gained a deep understanding of the unique struggles veterans and their families face and the resilience required to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I hold master's degrees in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and Family Health Nursing from Purdue Global University, as well as a Master's in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, which have further equipped me to provide compassionate, expert care.
Whether you're a veteran, a family member, or someone feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, my goal is to help you move from a place of pain and uncertainty to a life filled with purpose and fulfillment. I know that anxiety and depression can make it hard to see a way forward, but you don't have to face this journey alone. Together.
