Sydny was an amazing listener and I really felt like she cared and wanted to help me learn to deal in the best way I can with my life situation.
She seems to really understand mental illness and addiction and is non judgmental and supportive.
She was very skilled at offering suggestions and specific exercises to work on between visits.
