I’ve been coming here on and off for a couple years. They are very nice people and my care is always good, but they have this habit of checking you out before they finish tests they say they’ll come back and do, and then you sit back there for an hour or more before they remember you’re back there. It’s happened to me two or three times.

The office did a poor job at communicating what was needed prior to the appt which resulted in me not being seen. I was called at the exact time of my appt to let me know that I had a co payment which they could have done in advance so I was not able to keep my appointment with the provider.
