Great Doctor, very professional and in point to what has to get down, very clear info and treatment suggestion. I would recommend him to anybody. One problem i have is the operation center where he operate is worst place to go ever. They would ask you to show up 2 plus hours before your surgery time is, hoping some one doesn't show. I couldn't bring my self to do the surgery there even tho he was great doctor place was a mess try to get many people in as they can. My surgery was schedule for 8:30 i was tolled by the head nurse I had to be there at 6 a.m or even before doesn't make any sense.

In addition he really listened to what I had to say about possible treatments needed. I appreciated his suggestions and will recommend him to others looking for a physician.

Dr. Shelden L. Martin was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. He went on to attend LaSalle University in Philadelphia, where he received his undergraduate education. He received his BA, majoring in chemistry and minoring in biology. While at LaSalle, he was co-captain of their NCAA Division I wrestling team and also participated in intramural football. He studied abroad in 1997 at the prestigious University of Melborne in Melbourne, Australia participating on the intramural Australian Rules football team and table tennis teams. He graduated cum laude and with General University Honors from LaSalle University.

Doctor Martin performed a shoulder replacement for me about 2 months ago and I am totally pleased with all parts of my treatment. Today I went to see him about pain in an artificial knee. His examination was very thorough and he took as much time as I needed. He explained several treatments and I chose to wait and see what develops. I made my appointment on line last evening and it worked perfectly!

Very professional and informative. I have been to several doctors and when I came to an appointment in pain, I walked out in pain. With Dr. Martin it was different, he discussed the findings and reached a solution to make me feel a lot better when I left. I am very pleased with the service.

Very convenient with immediate appointment. I was in so much pain but leery of narcotic pain killers. Within hours of making my appointment on ZocDoc, I was finally experiencing, safely, some relief. I found the Dr. to be very polite and thorough in his examination. He didn't seem rushed and I felt as though he addressed all my concerns.
